EXPLANATION:  You will notice that a large number of these employees are listed twice, with different numbers of hours beside their nane.  What is means is that because of the shifts they worked, some pay periods they worked 80 or 96 hours, which in turn made a difference in their annual pay.  When you see an indivisual named twice, with different sets of hours, you have to combine those gross earnings to reach the toal amount that they earned, the same with their overtime pay.
