here is a copy of the lawsuit filed in the 11th Circuit Court this afternoon to stop Marcia del rey from being allowed to participate in the upcoming election on August 29th.  The lawsuit spells out the reasons why incumbent Judge Jason Bloch believes that Del Rey should be bared from participating.
