I wrote to the Mayor, the Village Council and the Village Manager regarding what actually has been happening in the Village for years, and their failure to make suitable efforts to comply with the law, and the message I got back was, to take a hike.

I did, and on that hike I stopped by the offices of the Miami-Dade Ethics Commisison and filed this complaint.
