IF YOU WENT TO THE ZOO AND GAVE A BUNCH OF MONKEYS COMPUTERS THEY COULDN'T DO A MORE INSANE JOB OF TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHY THE CITY OF MIAMI HAS BEEN PAYING THE ELECTRIC BILL FOR PORTIONS OF WATSON ISLAND THAT INCLUDES ISLAND GARDENS PROPERTY FOR NO ONE KNOWS HOW MANY YEARS

As I've said on more than one occassion when uncovering some idiotic or insane example of the City of Miami's failure to look out for the public's interest, or worse, pissing away the taxpaters money.
Here's the latest example that involves what happened when it was discovered that the City has been paying FP&L's electric bill for the property they turned over to the developer of the Island Garden's project.
It's definitely Miami, Bitches!
