She also did the same thing in 2013, and reported that her net worth had slightly declined to $49,450.

On August 31st, the Florida Elections Commission filed an Order of Probable Cause against Raquel Regalado for taking excess money twice from campaign donors.  

This was one of the charges that her father was accused of back in 2010, when Raquelita was his campaign treasurer, and ended up getting fined $5000 for her part in that case.

It's too bad that the Elections Commission didn't file any additional information as part of the Probable Cause finding, but I'm sure that it will all come out sooner or later.

In any event, once again here is Raquel Regalado's showing up as a defendant - they're polite when they call her a Respondent - in another example of a Regalado caught violating Florida's campaign finance laws.
