The meeting was supposed to be a board meeting, but because they couldn't muster a quorum, the members held a workshop meeting to discuss what has transpired on the changes made to the document that will come before the City Commission next Thursday, and an exchange of correspondence between the mana Group and the Wynwood BID.

In addition to the video of the meeting below, I have also included a PDF of the documents that were discussed and/or referenced during the meeting.  There will be one final BID Board meeting next Wednesday to finalize a decision of whether the BID Board withdraws it's support for the Mana Common project.
