After what seems like a lifetime of road construction on West Flagler Street by the FDOT, with little expectation that any deadlines will ever be met, folks forced to use that street, as well as the side streets have tried any way possible to find a way to get around the construction.

Here's what happened when a City Miami Trolly tried to take a shortcut.
