As a semi-literate street hustler, Starling is well known, if not well liked in parts of the Black community, as evidenced by a posting on his Facebook page where he complained that his efforts to sell Hillary Clinton caps on the corner of NW 54th Street and 12th Avenue a couple months ago was being opposed by others who had staked out the corner before he showed up.

As a true man of God, Jerome is quick to invoke the Lord's name, no matter the occasion.

Starling claims that his close relationship with the Lord has been rewarded by wealth and celebrity.  In fact, last April he posted a selfie video on his Facebook Page claiming he had become a multi-millionaire thanks to the help of the Lord.

We'll explore that claim, as well as The Rickia Isaac Foundation's failure to file any tax returns for the last 13 years in our story.

As Starling himself, might say, at the end of the day it's all about the money.
